How quickly will I hear back?
We reply as soon as we can. Response times vary with how many messages we've received - usually within a few days. If your matter is urgent, mention it in your message and we'll prioritize it where possible.
Can I ask about pricing or refunds through this form?
Yes. Every program is priced monthly with no long-term contract. If you've already been charged and need help with a refund or billing question, send the details and we'll handle it.
Do you offer 1:1 tutoring or private lessons?
No. Our model is self-paced lessons, interactive quizzes, AI-assisted feedback on assignments, and monthly live group sessions. We don't offer private 1:1 tutoring, and we won't pretend otherwise.
How do I know which program is right for me?
Send a short message describing your goal and we'll recommend the program that fits. You can also take the free placement test first to see your current level.
Is my message private?
Yes. Your message is encrypted in transit (SSL), stored securely, and never sold or shared. Only our support team reads it. You can request deletion at any time by replying to our response.
Can I contact you in Arabic?
Yes. Write in Arabic or English - whichever you're more comfortable with. We'll reply in the same language.
